Pre-School Room
Early childhood is an important stage for children’s cognitive, social, emotional and physical development.
Here at Little Ozzies Nursery, the Pre-school room is run by our Early Years team who work alongside Mr Franks our specialized Forest school leader to provide fun, interactive learning programs that are designed to engage and educate our children.
Pre-school children thrive due to the enthusiastic approach to learning through play. Our delivery of the Early Years Foundation stage curriculum is shaped around seven areas of learning and development, consisting of:
- Communication & language
- Physical development
- Personal, social and emotional development
- Literacy
- Mathematics
- Understanding the world
- Expressive arts and design
These areas are inter-linked to build children’s sense of well-being, curiosity independence, and enthusiasm for learning new skills.
